SuperPad 7 VII - charge issue (won't turn on, display battery icon when press powe ?

Hello dear Android Tablets users,

Today i got my brand new "SuperPad 7 VII" -it's some king of chinese tablet
Seller claim that pad have onboard:

• RAM: 1 GB DDR3
  
• MEMORY 20 GB NAND FLASH
  
• CPU: A10 rev2 (v7l) , 1008MHz
• Android 4

After unpacking i plug that superpad into charger, and everything working well, i test wifi, start browser etc.

After about 30 minutes superpad turn off, and dont like to be turned on...

Now when i press power (having charger on), it's come with backlingt and red battery icon onscreen and after few seconds shut down.
When i don't have charger on, and press power it don't want display anything...

While charger is plugged on, it's display red led, and when i'm pluging charger it's display also red battery icon then turn off after few seconds.
I was also trying press reset button.

I contact with seller and he claim that's ok, and i should charge it for few hours... but it's over 5 hours of charging and nothing change... i'm getting worried...

If anyone have similar issue and can share any information please post, i'm a complet newbie with tablets.

Hi
