Hi guys, first post here, hope its in the right place.
Recently I purchased two of these tablets from Amazon:

However, one of these items will connect to my PC (OS WIN7& 64bit), via the usb, and the other will not. Can anyone advise me as to why 1 will be picked up and the other not? In device manager, with the one that will connect, there is a yellow triangle advising me that drivers are not installed, but win7 cannot find any drivers.
The tablet that is picked up can receive files from the pc, the one that isnt picked up will only charge, no sounf made when connected to PC
