SVP 10 inch Tablet Frozen "infotmic 0.6.3.1(697)"

Hello I have a SVP 10 inch Tablet the screen is frozen ( infotmic 0.6.3.1(694) ) is display.
Factory reset : "No recovery image is found, try recover from SD"
Model: TPC1013
Operating system: Android 2.2
Processor: ARM 11, 1GHz
Memory:256MB
Hard drive: 2GB Flash Drive

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I am having the same problem....when i turn it on it just have infotmic TM with some numbers at the right hand side of the screen 0.6.3.1(697). It wont load or any thing...What do that mean and what can I so to get help on fixing it..
