SVP TPC-7901 problems

I bought this tablet based on the design on the ebay listing I got a different tablet than the one pictured and it is stuck on the boot animation after I tried to install one measley app.

You didn't mention the specs and the Android OS version. But you can try pressing the RESET button on the back of the device(hold it for 5 sec).
