sync with verizon.net

I have a verizon.net email that my home PC connects to via outlook express. Also have droid incredible phone pulling. Tried to connect xoom but if the outlok pulls from verizon.net then there is nothing showing on xoom. Does not seem to effect the phone but that is on verizon network.

Suggestions?

You need to go into your options for Outlook Express and select "Leave a copy on the server". As of now, your Outlook Express pulls the message from Verizon.net and deletes it from their server.
