I am a new to the posts. Hope I'm going about this in the right way.
I bought my mom a sytabbl7 9 months ago. She took it home to Canada and used it about a dozen times. I brought it back to AZ and have been trying to get some help. When I turn it on it says 'Infotmic' and goes no further. I have tried reset. I drained the power and recharged. I have looked all over the internet (after no answer from Digital Gadgets). Do any of you have any other ideas? I would appreciate any help to get it going.
