Tablet don't turn on(vtab 1008)

Hi!
I have a big problem.
Honey since I passed,i had problems:stuck once,and today when listening music stopped and don't start again
What can i do?we can fix it?
Can open it?

Does the battery have some sort of charge? If not, plug it in.

If it powered down, hold the power button in until the bezel lights flash on (about 5 seconds), and it will take a little while longer (20 seconds) to power up and display the unlock screen.

Otherwise, I am of no help. Hope the problem is easily solved.
