tablet ereader apps

My 1st question is: If i get a tablet such as the xoom and download the nook app. will the screen be the light sensitive (easy on the eyes) screen that the nook tablet has?

2nd question: is there anyway to convert a pdf i download on my comp to the nook app? I can't seem to figure it out on my dinc, but figured there has to be a way. Dinc is not rooted btw. Thanks.

You can download a dimmer app to make the screen easier to read. And you don't have to use the Nook app to read PDF's. Just download Aldiko or another ereader to read your PDF's like a book.

Calibre can convert .pdf to .epub if you really want to.

Ahh I see. So when I connect the phone to pc I drag and drop the pdf file in the aldiko folder?

I don't use a immer app on my xoom its got the sensor built in you just click it on auto in settings
