I have the SYTAB10MT, and it was very easy.
1) Shut the device down.
2) Pluge the HDMI cable into both the tablet and the TV.
3) Turn the TV on and boot the tablet.
4) Open your video file, then press the Menu button.
5) It will take a few seconds, but the display will switch to your TV.
After first getting HDMI to work, I no longer need to shut the tablet down before plugging it in. It just recognizes my TV now.
