tablet on malata dock will not connect with LAN plugged in.

I am on my home network, I cannot seem to get it to connect to the internet with the LAN on the malata dock.

I have tried turning it off setting it on the dock and then powering on ... still wont work.

I even set it back to factory settings to see if that would fix it and nothing ...


Thoughts?
