I am looking for a tablet with good basic functions, 10" screen, strong antenna reception, very good resolution, expandable SD card memory , something that plays YouTube videos without buffering, something with a good online user manual. Something that can be connected to TV. For under $250. ( Optional ) something that can be powered by battery or power cord. For under$250.
