Hi i hope someone can help

I have Scroll Basic plus (54860) and it wont go past the picture of the boy with baloons

I have went into recovery mode holding menu and power button/i have wiped data and then done a factory reset but it simply wont boot up for me.

Is there a way i can load new firmware or something

If the factory reset doesn't work, I'm not sure what else can be done. Try resetting again, I've heard of cases where it didn't work the first time or two.

Have you tried running the battery COMPLETELY down and then recharging it before trying again? Might work and it's worth a try at this point. Good luck!

    Thanks Spider

It was already lying for 3 months before i tried what i did...so that rules that out but thanks for the info

The supplier who i also contacted advised me to do this below

    Dear Customer

Thanks for your email and sorry to hear you having problems with your product, I’m afraid we do not provide an in house out of warranty / non warranty repair service or supply spares / firmware for your product but we are happy to recommend a service partner based in the UK who may be able to assist

To be very honest i dont think this equipment is worth sending to a specialist for repair/::::::cheap crap that will break again outwith or within the new 12 week warranty or whatever i get so they can get stuffed.....

What i will do now though is visit numerous forums that i use for various tech stuff and advise fellow members to stay the hell away from products that relate to storageoptions.com

    Bunch of clowns

Ask a tech guy, as I am not sure I am technology minded!
