Tablet want start

Need help, I just received my tablet, turned it on for a few minutes then turned it off. Now I want to use it again but it's stuck at the little green android. How do I get past this? Is this tablet broken? There's no reset button on this tablet.

Did you try look into your users manual for instruction on how to reset your device? Or perhaps call tech support from where you bought tablet from.
