Tablet Won't Detect USB

hello im new in this for sorry if i put my question in the wrong place.

i have a mapan DX913 (chinese tablet)

CPU: Allwinner Cortex A8 1.2GHz
. OS: Android 4.0
. RAM: DDRIII 512M
. NND Flash : 8.0GB

he left a few days to detect the usb, someone had the same problem or know what might be.
i use USB OTG checker and i says my tablet not support USB OTG. how this possible if i used usb pen a week ago???
