Tablet won't start....Sylvania 7 inch

I need HELP!!!! I bought my daughter an android tablet by sylvania 7 inch tablet and now the only thing it will do is turn on to where the screen says Sylvania, and won't go any further. Nothing happened to it, it just wouldn't start one day. We even did a reset on the back and it didn't work. Any suggestions, advice? Do you have the Sylvania customer service number?
