tethering

can i tether my samsung android tablet to my dell desktop with windows 98 or would it be better to use tne hot spot function? am wanting to get away from hughes net.

Windose98!!! Thats awesome.

If you can find drivers and support I'm sure it'll work. Why not U/G to XP and then you're assured it'll work.
