The Wii recommendations can screw up WiFi access

Just a little bit of info.

Trying to get a Wii and A500 on the same WiFi might cause you a problem. The Wii instructions on the net say to put the channel on 1 or 11 for the Wii. Doing this will cause the A500 not to connect. At least that's what happened to me. Putting the channel back to 6 and I connect right away.

Or it could be that doing the above causes the router to reboot which could have cleared it up too

The acer will connect to any legal channel just fine.
Most modern routers pick the best channel anyway, unless you lock them down.
Worst case, you would have to tell the Acer to forget a connection and scan for the new one.
Its just not a problem.
