As tablet suppliers and vendors we can offer advice with regards China Brands:

All of the above produce quality tablets. However, there is no definite answer to your question. There are tens of manufacturers that provide quality devices.
Some manufacturers provide models of great quality while other models may not be that great. It all depends on the budget aswell. You cannot expect the quality of a 200 Dollar tablet in a 60 Dollar Tablet.
