Toshiba A700 Japanese tablet (A200)

Hi,

I have just bought a Toshiba A700 (which I believe is the A200) of ebay, the previous owner bought it whilst in Japan. Is there any way to root this device or even update it to Jellybean?

At the very least I am hoping to find a way to get an English based ROM on it as apparently it still thinks it's in Japan. (Still waiting to receive it).

I dont know about rooting this tablet but you should be able to change the language just by going into the settings and picking english.
