Hello! I bought a cheap China tablet on ebay. I know there is probably a TON of information on here about it...IF I ONLY KNEW WHERE TO START!

I just need it to do two things...video chat via Skype and access Google Play for apps. Can someone point me in the right direction to identify what this tablet REALLY is so I can root it and make it do what I want? Thanks to ALL you guys and girls that are smarter than me!
