touch screan wil not work.

nextbook 7 premium 8 inch android table.. had to have the on off button fixed . back had to b removed and sautered the button back put back back on and ohhiked up to the charger every thing came back on.. great.... but now when u touch the screan it will not work.. man called the company they said they would charge me 100dollars to take out of safe mode.. the tablet didn't cost that much brand new.. so with out haven to rebuy and lose all my stuff is there a way to reset the tablet. so the screan will work again..

The way you have explained the problem I don't think a factory rest would help. It sounds like a loose cable connector.
