Welcome to the forum

There are several ways. The first would be to hook your TF to the laptop with the charging cable. Second, get a microSD card (ultimately the preferred way)) and transfer using the card, third use WiFi file Transfer or WiFi File Explorer to transfer files to and rom in either direction, you can also subscribe to DropBox which sends the photos to the cloud so they are accessible from either device.

There are several other options but these should do it.

I personally set up a shared folder for my media on my computer, then use ES File Explorer to transfer the files via the network.

Another way if you have the keyboard dock is to use a USB drive.

The stock file manager should show you the external storage locations on the left after you connect the storage (microSD/SD/USB)

Go with Dropbox ... it's simple to use and always reliable!! I use it on my ASUS Transformer Pad TF-300T, my Samsung Galaxy Note II, and my ASUS 15 inch laptop.
