Tries to root...Bricked?

I need help! Both of my kids got Pandigital Supernova DXLs today. I was able to root one of them to access Android Market. When I did the second tablet, it is stuck on a screen with the green android icon...Welcome to PD_Novel (underneath icon)....and it says to "touch android to begin" - which doesn't do anything.

I've tried holding down power key and volume key but it isn't working. Anything????
