Trouble downloading latest update to my t103

Having no success trying to install CRUZ's latest update to my T103. I've tried both methods recommended by CRUZ with ZERO success.

Anyone have any thoughts/recommendations/shortcuts?

Figure it out yet?

I applied my update to the T105 by downloading the update.zip and putting that file on the root of my sdcard.

I then pressed the reset button, and held the vol + and power held down UNTIL a recovery screen came on.

Let met know the steps you took starting from downloading the update.
