"Trust This Application" Message

I have a SoftwinerEvb running Android 4.0.4. I've just installed an auto-connecting vpn on it but every time I boot the tablet up, I get a message asking me if I trust this application and I have to tick it and click Ok before the vpn will connect.

Is there a way of preventing this from happening?

In your "Settings", under "Security", there are several settings that may affect this behavior. All I can suggest is that you try changing them to see if that eliminates the problem. "Unknown Sources", "Verify Apps", and "Trusted Credentials" would be the first ones I'd look into. Keep in mind, the system is trying to protect you and removing that protection will leave you exposed to possible malware attacks. Personally, I'd try to live with the minor inconvenience rather than take a chance but it's your system.
