Unable to download Norton security onto my Arnova tablet

Hi all,

Could anyone help me download norton security onto my tablet? I have followed the instructions provided in the box but, although I get the arrow to show it's downloading nothing is happening. I have tried looking in the applications menu to see if I can switch off unknown user but the option isn't there. Any help greatly appreciated

Norton's is sheer bloatware. Why would anyone put that crap on their device???? From my experience with their products, its all hype.

Advice please. I have just bought a Asus TP. Set the system language to English UK. My keyboard is a US one. Not unpacked it yet. Well it be compatible with the system language?
Going back to the UK this weekend so need to know if I should take it backgot a refund!
