I am trying to download apps etc on the viewpad 10 whilst I can get on the internet and pick up emails I cant download anything. I have tried connecting to this form and following advice but it keeps coming up with 'no service'. I've tried bluetoothing to my laptop and phone it pairs but wont connect, what am I doing wrong
