Uninstall unused apps

Can anyone make tutorial or something to safe uninstall unused apps, like google voice, google goggles, etc, i read that some apps stop working/crashes if you uninstall others or only happen with the stock apps in the original rom?

I use Ghost Commander in root mode to remove apps. I would suggest moving to the sdcard first before completely deleting just to be sure. The split screen in Ghost Commander makes this very easy.

UPDATE: Just found this also. Ridgeland wrote a script to delete/move many of the bloatware apps.
