Uninstalled/Removed App

I uninstalled/removed MusicFX because the options never showed up in any of my music apps to adjust the sound and kept running in the background randomly, taking up RAM. Everything works fine, except that MusicFX still shows up in Settings; Apps; All. I even tried Titanium Backup, but MusicFX doesn't shoe up in its list of apps. Attached is a screen cap of my settings screen.

Any help?

You may need a cache cleaning to get it out of the list. Since you appear to be rooted it's easy. If you don't want to go that route try Clean Master at the Google Store. I have used that app for a long time on my phones but it just appeared as being compatible with my tablet.

Cleaning Cache is good one for this, after doing it you should also restart your device. This should work. In spite of it then you can change or upgrade the android on your device.
