You haven't provided much info to go on but if it's a phone you should be able to unlock it by inputting the wrong information 5 tyime, and it should then ask for your Google credentials to unlock it. If data is not enabled and/or WiFi is off that will not work and you would need to do a hardware factory reset.

I am currently working on a zip to fix this, nothing will work 100% on all androids, if the above advice doesn't work, flashing my zip through recovery should work, and doesn't cause loss of any apps or settings, that factory reset does.
