I loaded the update, and I did not see any difference myself. I thought there would be a new UI or something. It was a 69 mb update.

All I have noticed are mostly cosmetic changes but the screen appears to be "crisper".

Yes, screen does seem crisper and I've noticed some changes to the menus in the system settings menus. Also, swiping from screen to screen seems smoother to me, Tab maybe running a little faster and (after having used the update for about a week now) my battery life has definitely improved.
