I borrowed a tablet, it's a Rockchip RK2918 based Brazilian model (OR - T23TGPS OR-TB23TGPS) and it's quite new. Everything worked perfectly until I downloaded Instagram (from Market-GooglePlay), I took the first and only pic and while trying effects on it, it freezed and the screen went black and never got on again.
Instagram was the only thing running at the moment, and I had Google Maps opened I guess, can't remember. Also, it had more than 80% of battery.
I'm in a hurry because as it's borrowed, I don't want to reset it if it may erase stuff from the device.
I tried pressing and holding buttons, plugging the battery charger and even plugging it to my PC (didn't work since it can't find the controller) and nothing solved it, it's still black.
Any solutions? and their pros and cons, please!!!
It's a solid tablet, I can't take out the battery or anything, just 4 buttons (Power, Back, Menu and Home).
