User Manual in English for Sanei N10 Tablet

I just rec. the Sanei N10 android tablet, but did not come with the manual in english. Can anyone help me on how I can get this in English.

Most Chinese tablets don't have English manuals, I understand your question you would think! that the Chinese by now would put the manual in English because most of them are sold to the western world?

But they don't, because if they did put the English words it would sound like chinglish to us.

You seem not the only one with this problem. Me too! Would appreciate if some one who happens to have an English version could share even if it is Chinglish.
