Is it possible to use a USB Hub on an Android Tablet e.g. Zenithink C71 2.3 (to plug in a KB and a Mouse at the same time)?

I cannot verify for your tablet, but I know that Honeycomb supports USB hubs.

I just found two 4 port USB hubs on my desk and hooked up what I had laying around. Happened to be the following:
HUB 1:
500 GB HDD
16 GB Flash Drive
8 GB Flash Drive
iPhone 4

HUB 2:
Nexxtech USB Numberpad
Portable USB speakers (power only)
Microsoft Wireless Optical Mouse 3000
Logitech G15 keyboard (with a 2 port USB hub)

HUB 3 (in the Logitech keyboard):
Microsoft Wireless Laser Mouse 5000
Logitech M305 mouse

All devices were working properly. Best bet is to try it out and see if it works.
