Hi,

Does anybody know if on Ainol Novo7 Tornados -- is it normal that I have the tablet plugged into USB for a charge, and while using it, more battery is being consumed than being charged, therefore it just dies while on charge? Is that normal or is that a faulty one?

Thanks!

Since a USB typically charges at a lower amperage than a wall charger, it's probably normal.

Also, some tablets do not use the standard USB 5 VDC charging voltage. Some of them use 15 VDC and will only charge on a 5VDC USB if the tablet is off.

Check the charging brick that came with your tablet and see what the output voltage and amperage is.

Standard USB port is 5 VDC and 0.5 Amps.

possible if you're wifi and gps is on with other running apps.... as they can eat a lot of power more than what you can get from USB charging...

I haven't seen that, are you using the tablet while it's charging? Anyway turn tablet off then charge it.
