Hey all --
I'm going to be spending a month in England this fall, plus going on day trips to France and Belgium. I'd love to be able to take my 7042 along so I can keep in touch with my son, pay bills, etc. If I purchased one of those devices that monitors and adjusts voltage for American electronics, would it be possible to use and charge my tablet in England? Would it be able to use and detect the Wi-Fi there?

Thanks for your help!

When you get to England, find a electric store and tell them what you want, they will sell you a charger for your device.

Thanks, vampirefo. So, you think it likely will be operational there? I don't want to take it along, only to find that it won't work.

Yes of course! You just have to buy an adaptor. Maybe a different one for England and France, I don't remember.

Wifi will work too, it's the same all over the world ^^
