over mobile network carrier.

Not over ip.?

I am with telstra and have free video call included in my plan.

I'm not sure if it answers your question, but I've used Fring and Tango with much success on the S7 104.

They are over ip.

I want video call Over my carrier (telstra)
like i have on most mobile phones.

My galaxy s and my nokia n95 have this feature.

I have free video call included in my plan
