    All,
Have the G tablet rooted with Honeycomb flashback. Also have setcpu intalled with Min/Max at lowest and highest points. I have a bunch of videos in .mkv and .mp4 that are about 800 - 1 Gig in size. I am trying to play them with rockplayer and I get some video Lag and graininess. Sometimes the audio is ahead of the video and other times the video is slow and then speeds up like if you hit FF on a VCR. Is there anything I can do? Is this just because the processor can't handle the higher quality video? Would another software player be better? Any help is appreciated.
Forgot to mention videos are on external SD card.

If the external SD card is a Class 2, that could be the problem.
