Video settings for samsung galaxy tablet 2.7.0 3110

hello all,this is my first post today, Received this tablet for Christmas, and i am really pleased with it,i have been trying to get the best settings that will give me a decent video picture,i have been using the samsung built in setting, when i click to convert it takes an age via usb, i would be very grateful if i could find a way to use this,(or better) setting with a faster conversion speed,i am a complete novice, but i would like to master this part of it so i can use it when i go abroad,(plenty of time on my hands now), thanks for any advice, Tommy.
