    Hi all,

Streaming video is fine but any video files copied to the device stop playing after 2 minutes with message 'Sorry, cannot play this video'.

This happens when files are played locally or off an SD card. The files are mp4s and AVIs. I've also tried several different video players and they all do the same.

Any ideas how I might be able to resolve this?

    The tablet is a m009s.

I think the problem maybe bcz the avi files, the video inside the AVI is typically a compressed video stream that is made with a special tool, called as encoder.
it include: H.264(.avi), Xvid(.avi), Dvix(.avi), you may need to do converting the avi files.
