Hi grzaxman,

I'm not sure if I understand your question correctly.

If you have an avi file and want to watch it on your tablet with subtitles, you can try MoboPlayer from the Android Market, or you can convert it to MP4 and have the subtitles burned in to the video portion so all video players can play it.

Try looking for subs for your videos here:

Subtitles - download DivX subtitles from the biggest open subtitles database

That is an issue related to the code-page of the subtitles.

you can search google for srt files - i use Subtitles - download DivX subtitles from the biggest open subtitles database and Subtitles - DivX Movies. Subtitulos, Podnapisi, legendas, subtitrari - as srt files are basically text files, you can have a bit of fun with it - i changed a couple of lines or two to scare my teenage daughter as she and her friends watched a scary movie - i changed some of the subtitled names to thiers

does the movie just has chinese subtitle? if there is no you wanted subtitle, you should download the subtitle for your movie, then add it. you can use VisualSubSync to make subtitle, but i'm n't sure whether mobo player can import
