Vitalasc ST0717 Tablet: set the clock??

Would appreciate some help.

Trying to set the clock on the above 7" tablet.

When I go to the applications, it has the option to set the alarm, but no clue as to how to set the time of the clock itself. The time is over 3 hours behind the local time.

Anyone know?

This tablet is supposed to have an Android 4.0, however, the ad at VitalDirect says it is Android 2.3 Gingerbread.
How can I find out if it is one or the other?

Got clock set, and also found out what Android version it runs: 4.0.3
