Vizio has no keyboard

I just received this tablet and I am having a couple problems with it. There is no keyboard installed on it and it will not do updates.
Says signature failed and failed to verify whole file signature.
I tried resetting to factory settings cleared and wiped what I could and still same problem. Anybody know how I can get this thing working.

I'm guessing you went to settings - input and tried setting a keyboard? Are you able to connect to the Internet?

If both answers are yes, you may want to seriously consider an exchange.
