Voice search not working

I have a Chromo Inc tablet PC running Android 4.0.4, fresh out of the box. However, whenever I touch the microphone icon at the top left to enter a voice command, the following error appears:

"Unfortunately, voice search has stopped"

Anyone else have this problem? And better yet know how to fix it? Thanks in advance.

don't know i have one also but its stuck in a boot loop only had it for three days. Don't know how or if there is a way to do a hard reset haven't been able to find any sort of support. my suggestion is to just return it and get your money back
