Trying to download public library books into Overdrive (Epub format) - It downloads but when opened in Overdrive Media the page "overfills" the screen - I have fooled around with app settings Etc. but I can't find a solution. As always any help appreciated. I have tried tried to move the downloaded book files into other readers but that doesn't work - I assume that the files are "protected"???
    Thanks,
    Bill

Aldiko seems to work - I accessed my library (Maine infonet) directly and it allows downloads directly to the apps' "bookshelf.

I have had a lot of luck with FBReader. I have loaded my e-pub library in it and it works good with good features.

For most libraries you need an ereader app that works with DRM. The overdrive app is the one my local library recommends. I have not tried Aldiko. I have never "borrowed" any e-books because the Overdrive app requires registration with Adobe and I can't figure out why I need their permission to borrow a book from my local library.
