Waited, tried to love it.. gave it back to Best BUY

Bought this for my wife back in November and waited patiently for the promised update. Too many issues and no answers coming now or ever. Finally, the battery would not hold a charge and I took it back to Best Buy, got full store credit and turned it into an iPhone 4 with two dollars to spare after a couple accessories. Happy to be done with it and glad to get something in it's place. The iPhone works, does what is expected. I can't say the same for the S7. I won't fall for a non-proven POS ever again. Good luck to all with this thing. It has potential and for the very tech savy, it may even be usefull. For the main stream end user, not a good fit. Good by to all....

How do you get change for a swap with an iphone4. This device is 200 dollars. It is also a tablet not a phone. Weird post.
