Warranty?

Does anyone know if a warranty is automatically given with your Velocity Micro Cruz when you buy it? I just bought mine from Walmart.

Sounds like the factory reset recommended in your other thread didn't work. I'd suggest you go back to Walmart and see if you can get them to do something about it.
