I have WESPRO ZING 10 INCH TABLET HARD RESET(SYALVANIA) but it is locked due to multiple failed attemps to draw the correct pattern and now its asking me to sign in to google account. However inspite of entering the correct password, its showing invalid password or username whereas that account is using fine in my computer. Apparently that was the only account I used before in my tablet. could somebody help me out???(Please dont advise me to hard reset because that option is not available with this china tablet at all)

If, as you say, there is no way to hard reset that tablet all I can suggest is try contacting Wespro support to see if they can help.
