What Are My Chances?

I ordered a 10.1 from a very reputable online retailer. It's refurbished but that doesn't bother me as I've purchases refurbed electronics before with no problems. However, I didn't hear about the Newton's Rings issue until after I ordered. It says the devices were tested and approved by Samsung and they have 5 star ratings. Do you think I'll be okay?

You might even be better off because the tablet is 'broken in' in a sense and likely won't suffer from the problem.

I just noticed that on Samsung's site the tablet has the Samsung name on it but on the pics on the site I bought from (it's a perfectly legit and well known retailer), it appears to have no logo. Does this make any difference or is it just something they put on it after the Apple debacle?

I always figure pictures on the net are more representative than definitive, I personnaly wouldn't be concerned.
