what do i need to have on my computer to sync with rooted nookcolor

I am needing help to sync my rooted nook to my computer so i can put music videos and pdfs on it. I used a youtube video YouTube - How to Install CyanogenMod 7 on the Nook Color (PC Version) to root it. anyhelp is welcomes

It doesn't "sync" per se but start here for the best instructions for wireless file transfers. Dead simple. http://www.androidtablets.net/forum...-how-access-nook-color-sd-card-over-wifi.html I have not plugged my NC into my PC in some time.
